COD Products – Delivery Policy

• COD orders are generally processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
• Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared for real-time shipment updates.

Return & Exchange Policy for COD Products

• Size exchange is allowed only in cases of incorrect sizing.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition within 7 days of delivery.
• For damaged or defective items, an unboxing video is mandatory and must be shared within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Exchange shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the received product is damaged or defective.

Embellished Costume Policy

Our embellished costumes are carefully handcrafted using decorative elements applied through a combination of heat bonding, adhesive application, and stitching techniques. Since these garments are made using stretchable fabrics such as Lycra and Power Net, slight movement or loosening of embellishments may occur over time with regular wear, stretching, washing, or friction.

To maintain the quality and appearance of your garment, we recommend handling embellished products with extra care. By purchasing an embellished costume, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

Made-to-Order Products

All customized products are made exclusively on a made-to-order basis.

• Orders are generally completed and delivered within 15–20 days, depending on the delivery location.
• As these products are customized specifically for each customer, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not applicable.
• Customers are advised to carefully refer to the size chart before placing an order to ensure the correct fit.
